Job Opening: Veterinary Technician
Located in Moncton, New Brunswick
The Oaks Vet is a privately owned veterinary hospital located in Moncton, N.B and we are looking for a technician to join our team! We offer a progressive, state of the art facility with a thriving general practice, referral surgery, medicine and chemotherapy.
We are seeking a candidate who is a self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task efficiently.
Our in-house diagnostic services include digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy and complete in-house lab.
Responsibilities of the technician include starting appointments, patient record keeping, client communication, anesthetic induction, monitoring, assisting in surgery, monitoring/care of hospitalized patients, assisting with x-rays/ultrasounds/endoscopy, running in-house laboratory equipment, kennel care, discharging patients and instructing
clients on at home management.

Clinic hours;
Monday to Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
No after hours
